Riki Robinson
Board Member
Riki Robinson (she/her) is a queer Chinese adoptee living in Brooklyn on Munsee Lenape and Canarsie land. Her work focuses on leadership development, community building, and mentorship for communities of color. Currently, she is the Mid-Career Program Associate at Leadership for Democracy and Social Justice where she supports primarily BIPOC leaders of progressive movements and organizations deepen their understanding of power & strategy. Previously she worked at the Jews of Color Initiative (JoCI) where she did everything from grantmaking to communications, and was the inaugural Program Director where she designed and launched a leadership fellowship, project incubator, and network for Jews of Color in New York City. Riki was a Fellow with Repair the World and now is on their national Board of Directors. She received a B.A. in Asian American Studies and Sociology from Pitzer College and is grateful for popular education. When she's not doting on her tuxedo cat, you can find her biking.
