Leading Light Fellowship
Cultivating the next generation of Asian Jewish leaders, by equipping them with training, mentorship and resources to foster local Asian Jewish communities across the US.
About the Program
This grassroots-led program serves as a stepping stone in our young leaders' journeys to becoming the leaders and change-makers their communities need. The Fellowship is designed to be an inclusive space for Asian Jewish young adults to step into leadership roles that activate and uplift their whole selves, bringing in all aspects of their intersectional identities.

The Fellowship includes opportunities for one-on-one mentorship and unique programming on topics such as event planning, fundraising, marketing and much more.

Our 16 fellows lead social gatherings, holiday events, healing spaces, and other programs that foster Asian Jewish community in their six hubs: Los Angeles, Bay Area, New York City, Chicago, Seattle, and Boston.
