Gen Xia Ye Slosberg

Gen Xia Ye Slosberg (she/her) grew up in Guangzhou, China and Irvine, California. She is a policy researcher with accidental stints as a Jewish professional. She has worked in government and think tanks in Washington, DC on China trade and economic issues. Before returning to policy, she worked in program operations across the Bay Area Jewish community, and ran a Jews of Color youth program. She is a community thought leader on the experiences of Asian American Jews, and has been featured in The Forward, Hey Alma, and HuffPost. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Latin America Studies from UC Berkeley. She enjoys petting cute dogs, drinking fruity beverages, and watching reality TV shows. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Spanish.
