LUNAR is proud to support this event at the Pasadena Jewish Temple & Center, featuring Asian Jewish author Claire Stanford! Claire's debut novel, Happy For You, features a Jewish-Japanese-American protagonist and explores themes of race, religion, and navigating a changing world with a mixed identity. A Jewish Book Council selection and New York Times Book Review Editor's Choice, Happy For You is described as poignant and wry.
Join us on 3/28 at 7pm for a Q&A, book signing, and dessert reception. Books will be available for purchase. This event is hosted by PJTC's Jewish Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee (JEDI), and moderated by Xavier Mejia (QTalk Radio, Pasadena Media, mejia.tv).
