About the event
Share a meaningful evening with the LUNAR Collective and the Sino-Judaic Institute as we gather for dinner and conversation with a visiting Kaifeng Jew. This intimate event invites you to explore the intersections of culture, history, and identity through lived experience, illuminating a unique thread of the global Jewish tapestry. Pull up a chair for a night of thoughtful dialogue, rich storytelling, and genuine connection.
This event is open to Asian American Jews, and their +1 guests. LUNAR defines ‘Asian American Jews’ as folks who identify as both Jewish (whether by heritage, religion or culture) and Asian American - this includes mixed race folks, transracial adoptees, Asian Jews by Choice, and more. We fully welcome those in the process of converting to Judaism, or simply exploring Judaism.
This event is free to attend, with a suggested donation of $18. This event will take place at a local restaurant in Capitol…
