Los Angeles Sukkot Authentic Relating Shabbat

Join us in celebrating Sukkot in connected JOC community over Shabbat! We will explore themes of belonging, ancestry, and connection by weaving together Authentic Relating (AR) with song and ritual and co-create our Sukkah. Dinner will be provided.

We will be joined by ritual leader and musician Rachel Chang who will guide us through Sukkot and Shabbat prayer, ritual, and song. Rachel Chang (she/her) is a Jewish musician, songleader, and educator, as well as a music therapist, living on Lenni Lenape land in Philadelphia, PA. Drawing from the many communities and identities that have shaped her, Rachel leads with expressive guitar, sensitive listening, and a deep intention to cultivate belonging. Her own journey has been profoundly impacted by finding Asian-Jewish community through LUNAR, and she’s excited to continue that journey as LUNAR’s Ritual Director.
