About the event
On May 22nd at 8 pm EST, join members of NAAAP DC, Gather DC, Gather Bay Area, and the Lunar Collective for a virtual event: Exploring the Intersections of Asian and Jewish History and Identity.
NAAAP DC's Director of Diversity Liz Kleinrock will present a short lesson, followed by a conversation with Rabbi Jackie Mates-Muchin. Rabbi Jackie is the first Chinese American rabbi in the world, and currently leads Temple Sinai in Oakland, California.
