About the event
Celebrate Lunar New Year with The LUNAR Collective through the joyful tradition of dumpling making. In many cultures, dumplings symbolize prosperity, abundance, and good fortune for the year ahead. Together, we’ll gather around the table to learn how to fold dumplings, make boba, and welcome the new year in community. This event is open to Asian American Jews, and their +1 guests. LUNAR defines ‘Asian American Jews’ as folks who identify as both Jewish (whether by heritage, religion or culture) and Asian American - this includes mixed race folks, transracial adoptees, Asian Jews by Choice, and more. We fully welcome those in the process of converting to Judaism, or simply exploring Judaism.
This event is free to attend, with a suggested donation of $18. This event will take place in a private residence and street parking is available. Photos will be taken at this event; please let us know if…
