About the event
Anxiety can be debilitating and overwhelming, however, skills can be learned and practiced to not only cope with anxiety but also to build resilience. This presentation will be an introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety, with a focus on skills to be brave in the face of anxiety. There will be opportunities to practice the skills live with other Lunar attendees!
This presentation will be led by an Asian Jewish therapist who specializes in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders.
This event is for Asian Jews and their families.
