Haggadah Committee Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in joining the LUNAR Haggadah Committee! Our aim for this committee is to refine, elevate, and illustrate last year's Asian Jewish Haggadah. This year, we are looking for content writers as well as artists.
If you are interested in Jewish text, ritual, or Asian Jewish crossover poetry/literature/culture, this is a great chance to be involved and give back to LUNAR! Regardless of your Jewish or Asian (American) cultural and/or religious background, your perspective is needed, and we'd love to hear from you.

FAQ

Where will the Haggadah be available?
The Haggadah will be featured at our upcoming Passover Seders, on our website, and may potentially be licensed out as an educational resource for synagogues, museums, schools, etc.

How are committee members compensated?
Committee members are offered a stipend payment as a thank you for their time. In the interest of being equitable, the stipend amount will be allocated proportionally to each contributor's workload.

What is the time commitment for this role?
The committee meets weekly on Zoom for 8 weeks, from the third week of February until the first week of April. Meetings are 1 hour long, with additional time afterward to co-work. We will schedule meetings according to everyone's availability.

What are the next steps?
If we feel you are a good fit for the Committee, we will be in touch to schedule the first meeting. At this initial meeting, we will review last year's Haggadah, hear everyone's thoughts and ideas, and discuss stipends, deadlines, and logistics together in detail.
